(Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus 10% restocking fee. All returns have to be in its original undamaged packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt with valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA#).
